I am a Georgia girl through and through, growing up in Norcross, Georgia and attending St. Pius X High School. I grew up knowing that I wanted to be a Pediatrician and help kids have the best medical experience they could have. I originally went to the University of Georgia for my nursing prerequisites and then transferred to Emory University where I received my Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing in May 2010. I would spend the next seven years as an Emergency Department Registered Nurse at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta in the Scottish Rite Emergency Department where I became a Pediatric Trauma Specialist and charge nurse. I continued my education and graduated with a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in May 2017 as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. I am board certified by the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board in both Primary Care and Acute Care. My combination of acute pediatric experience and primary care education allows me the opportunity to provide the best pediatric care.
This past September 2017, I married the most wonderful man who has been my support system throughout this transition. We have an adorable three year old Golden Retriever named Emory whom we love spending time outdoors with hiking and finding new places to explore. We love to travel and can’t wait to grow our family in this wonderful community!
I am beyond blessed to have this opportunity to serve the Grayson community and be a part of the Grayson Pediatrics team. Their mission to serve the “BEST” pediatric care possible follows along with my goals growing up and what I am looking for in a career by treating every patient with kindness, integrity, and dignity.
We are a pediatric primary care office, providing excellent care to the communities of Grayson, Loganville, Snellville, Lawrenceville, Monroe, Between, Bethlehem, Lilburn, Conyers, and surrounding areas.
